it is not a stick bender but it is much more than a frother. If you have a need to mix any powder into a thin liquid, this is the perfect deice.The stand holds the device safely beside the sink for easy access. There is no cord to turn things over, but there is enough power to mix powders easily. I take a Ketone powder each morning. This requires miking 1/4 cup of power with the consistency of flour into a 1/2 cup of water. I put the water in a large coffee mug; dump in the power from the scoop; then insert this device to the cup all the way to the bottom. A few quick pulses on the conveniently mounted switch and the powder is perfectly blended with the water.Next I place the frother stem under running water and press the button a couple of times then replace the device in the stand till the next time it is needed.My only caution is to be sure the device is almost vertical and below the rim of the sink when you press the button to clean it. Unlike the stick blender I previously used, this device will throw water all over the kitchen if you hold it tilted or above the lip of the sink.I nave now ordered more for gifts - They are that useful.These things are great. I have one in the kitchen, one in the RV and 2 spares just incase if one ever breaks, and they don't have them anymore, I have a replacement. My first one just stated to slow down after daily use for well over a year. I use it to froth my coffee milk, stir the eggs for scrambling, mixing drinks. It is something I appreciate every time I use it - and it is inexpensive! It is not a blender, it is just for mixing/frothing liquids, it is well made, and does exactly what it is meant to do.I purchased this little gadget to mix up my supplement drinks, hoping it would do a better job than a spoon. Boy, was I surprised the first time I used it! The power of this little gadget mixed the liquid up and out of my glass. I had put way too much water in the glass. I’ve learned!Now, this little gal has a permanent home close to my coffee maker. I can froth milk for my coffee, or mix up a supplement so fast. And clean up? Just rinse it off under the faucet or in some soapy water with a couple of quick taps on the power button. Very ease to use and clean.This is a powerful, sturdy frother. I mainly use it for latte's. It's definitely powerful and spins fast enough to mix ingredients that might otherwise remain clumped. However, if you fill your coffee cup to within an inch or so of the top—be careful because this can spin your ingredients up to and over the edge. You can quickly stop it from overflowing by letting go of the button (if you're watching it carefully), or just don't fill the cup as much.Love this thing. I use it for the milk in my iced coffee. Works fast, well and easy to spin under the sink to clean. It came with a little stand too to keep it off the counter. Love it. Very sturdy and easy to use and assemble.I really wish i would have ordered it sooner. It does exactly what it says it does and like in the video you get rrally nice froth. Best part for me is I finally found the best way of having my shot of maca powder and coconut&almond milk.All is perfectStill it is plastic material , which is a downside for durabilityexpensive . Other alternatives are available for half the price .It’s makes an excellent froth using plant based milk. Sometimes the froth is too much! Really good value for money. Now I can spend less on coffee from coffee shop chains ?I love this I even use it on my normal coffee and it froths up really well
