Great product,but the reusable coffee filter was not included in renewed coffee maker.That should have been disclosed I discription.I first thought it was missing,until I read it on owners manual.This coffee pot is a pita. I recently purchased it after finding it as a recommended coffee machine online. Its just not very well thought out and there are better options out there.Good quality coffee. Coffee maker works well. The buttons and switches are curiously outdated, but it all works well.It may be a bit dated in design, but so am I. It makes good coffeewithout having to learn computer programming II.It isn't ugly, my last Pot was ugly.Even though this coffee maker wasn't exactly brand new (advertised as an opened, but new coffee maker) it arrived in excellent condition.This product is very easy to use.
