What a disappointment this purchase has been. This ice maker only worked for less than 5 months, and when I reached out to Manitowoc, they gave me four service providers in my area, but none of them would do warranty work for Manitowoc. I finally had someone come by, but they could not determine a problem, and they told me I had to bring the machine to their shop which is 30-40 minutes from my home for repair. Not sure why they would sell this on Amazon, when they clearly can't or do not want to support residential usage. I'm now have a $2,200 cooler.
